We advance practical, evidence-informed approaches to drug policies that prioritize health, safety, and rights. Our work connects research, community and lived experience knowledge, and policy expertise to build more effective systems in Canada.

Creating Effective, Compassionate Drug Policy in Canada
We lead and collaborate on initiatives that translate evidence into action:
- To End a Crisis: Vision for BC Drug Policy: developed a framework that aligns drug laws with health, equity, and rights.
- International Engagement: contributing Canadian civil society perspectives and expertise to global policy discussions through the United Nations and international working groups, coalitions and knowledge exchange events
- Past Projects: Case for Reform, Imagine Safe Supply, and Getting to Tomorrow have each informed national conversations and policy recommendations towards health-and-rights-based approaches.
