En Ontario, on estime que 6 \u00e0 7 personnes meurent chaque jour \u00e0 cause de l&#8217;approvisionnement en drogues toxiques et non r\u00e9glement\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 cela, le gouvernement provincial a de plus en plus restreint l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces services essentiels par des coupes budg\u00e9taires et des r\u00e9glementations plus strictes. En r\u00e9ponse, les communaut\u00e9s prennent des mesures.
